Della is a multi-disciplinary Creative Director with expertise across brand identity, packaging, retail environments, events, campaigns, websites, social, CRM, and content creation.
With a strong foundation in Brand Experience Design, she creates the “bridge” between brands and customers through both physical experiences (events, retail, product, packaging) and digital platforms (touchscreen experiences, digital content, and omni-channel campaigns).
She began her career at PepsiCo’s Design and Innovation Center as part of the Brand Experience Team, focused on elevating customer experience. Her notable projects included 360° campaign design, brand activations, and branding for PepsiCo’s sponsored sporting events such as the UEFA Champions League, Super Bowl, and NBA All-Star Weekend. She also contributed to the creation of experiential brand guidelines for IZZE and Lemon Lemon.At Amazon, Della developed retail guidelines for Amazon Devices, covering in-store experiences, fixtures, touchbar displays, and digital content. She led the creative direction for Alexa at Best Buy, an immersive retail concept that allowed customers to experience Alexa in a real-world environment. She also designed the first touchscreen retail fixture for Amazon Devices.
Currently at Nestlé, she leads a content design team delivering omni-channel creative for 15+ brands, ensuring cohesion across digital, social, CRM, website, campaign, and print applications.
Della thrives in ambiguity, pushes creative boundaries, and serves as a positive change agent within organizations. She values design that is both functional and human—shaping the way people think, feel, and engage with brands.
