Amazon | Alexa at Best Buy



Life with Alexa was designed to show customers how seamlessly Alexa integrates into everyday life. Through an abstract yet familiar home environment, Amazon Devices activated this experience at Best Buy using a Convergence Fixture that brought the concept to life.

The space was divided into three key areas:
Entrance – Customers walked through a front door and experienced Alexa’s home security capabilities, highlighted through Ring’s integration and product features. Living Room – A fully immersive entertainment hub demonstrated Alexa’s ability to deliver sound, vision, and content with a simple voice command. Kitchen Island – Serving as both a gathering place and a point of interaction with Best Buy’s Blue Shirts, this space enabled customers to explore products firsthand and make purchase decisions.

Together, these touchpoints created an experiential retail environment that allowed shoppers to envision Alexa not as a standalone device, but as a natural, intuitive part of home life. The installation strengthened customer engagement with the Amazon Devices portfolio while driving education and sales through a memorable, hands-on experience.
